What I look at first on a Dubai website
Every site is different, but UAE businesses tend to share a few starting points:
- Arabic and English versions. Many Dubai sites run in two languages. If the language versions are not linked with the right hreflang tags, Google can show the wrong one or treat them as duplicates. This is part of international SEO.
- Google Business Profile. For service businesses, clinics, restaurants and shops, the map listing often brings more enquiries than the website. I set up the categories, services, photos, posts and review process properly. See Google Business Profile optimisation.
- Consistent business details. Name, address and phone number should match across your website, your profile and the directories you appear in. Mismatches confuse both Google and customers.
- Mobile speed. Most UAE searches happen on phones. Slow, heavy pages lose visitors before they read a word.
