Local citation building expert

A local citation building expert who makes sure your business is listed correctly everywhere.

Search engines check your details against other sources. When your name, address and phone number match across the web, they trust you. When they do not, you are held back. I find the errors, fix them and add the listings that actually matter.

What it is

What a local citation building expert does

A citation is any mention of your business name, address and phone number on another website, such as a directory, a chamber of commerce page, a maps platform or an industry listing. The shorthand is NAP: name, address, phone.

Citations help for two reasons. They confirm to search engines that your business is real and where it is, and they put you in front of people who use those directories. The key is consistency. If one site says Street and another says St., or an old phone number is still live, it creates doubt.

So my first job is an audit: where you are listed today, what is wrong and what is duplicated. Then I correct the errors and add listings in the places that fit your business and country, without the bulk submissions that fill your name across low-quality sites.

Citations support your Google Business Profile and sit alongside review management and ethical link building.

What I do

The citation work I take on

Listings audit

Where you appear today, which details are wrong and which listings are duplicates.

Correction and clean-up

Old addresses, closed locations and duplicate entries fixed or removed.

A master record

One approved version of your name, address, phone, hours and description, used everywhere.

Country and industry fit

The directories that matter in your country and your field, not a generic list.

New quality listings

Added by hand, with accurate details and no keyword stuffing.

A listings sheet

Every listing and login recorded in one document that you own.

My promises

How I handle your listings

Trust is earned in the details, so these are the rules I work by on every local project.

Your profile stays yours

I ask for manager access to your Google Business Profile, never your password, and you can remove me at any time.

No fake reviews, ever

Reviews come from your real customers. Buying or inventing them breaks Google’s rules and can get a profile suspended.

No promised rankings

Local results depend on distance, competition and the searcher. I will show you the data, not make guarantees.

You see every change

Each edit to your profile, listings and pages is logged, so you always know what was done and why.

Honest about what is worth doing

If a tactic will not help your business, I will say so rather than bill you for it.

My process

How a citation project runs

1

Create your master record

The correct business details, agreed with you and written down once.

2

Audit existing listings

I search for your business and phone number across the web and log what I find.

3

Fix and merge

Wrong and duplicate listings are corrected or removed.

4

Add the right new listings

A short list of quality directories matched to your business and country.

5

Hand over the record

You get a sheet of every listing, so it stays yours.
