I ask for manager access to your Google Business Profile, never your password, and you can remove me at any time.
When someone searches for what you sell and adds "near me" or a city name, Google shows a handful of businesses on a map. I help yours be one of them, with a Google Business Profile, listings, reviews and local pages that are accurate, consistent and honest. No tricks, no fake reviews.

Chat on WhatsAppWhen Google decides which businesses to show for a local search, it says it weighs three things: relevance (how well your profile matches the search), distance (how close you are to the person or the place they named) and prominence (how well known and trusted you are, from reviews, links, mentions and your overall web presence).
You cannot change distance. You can work on the other two. Relevance comes from a complete, accurate Google Business Profile, the right categories and services, and pages that clearly say what you do and where. Prominence comes from real reviews, consistent listings across the web and a website other people link to.
That is local SEO: making it simple for Google, and for the customer reading the results, to see that you are real, active and good at what you do. It works for a single shop, a service business that travels to customers and a company with several branches, in any country.
Local visibility sits on top of a healthy website, so I also look at technical SEO, on-page SEO and content SEO. A full SEO audit includes a local check, and my AI SEO services help your business get recommended when people ask ChatGPT or Google AI for a nearby provider.

I am Nazirul Islam Nakib, a top-rated local SEO expert and SEO consultant with more than eight years of experience and 1,200+ projects. My local SEO services cover everything below. A local SEO expert makes sure that when someone nearby searches for what you sell, your business is easy to find, easy to trust and easy to contact.
In practice, that means four jobs. First, an accurate and complete Google Business Profile. Second, consistent details across the web, so that Google sees the same name, address and phone number everywhere. Third, real reviews and honest replies. Fourth, website pages that say clearly what you do and where, with proof that you do it well.
It also means measuring what matters. Rankings on a map move depending on where the searcher stands, so I look at calls, direction requests, enquiries and the searches behind your visits, not at one ranking screenshot. My other pages go deeper on each part, including Google Business Profile optimisation, review management and local citations. For the full picture of my work, visit the Nakib IT home page.
You may need one, or all five. A short free check tells us which parts are holding your business back.
Set up, cleaned up and kept active, so your business shows correctly on Google Search and Maps.
Google Business Profile expert →Accurate listings across the directories and platforms your customers and Google rely on.
Local citation building expert →An honest, steady flow of real reviews, and the right replies to every one.
Google reviews management expert →Pages for the areas and services you cover that are useful, not copied.
Local SEO landing page expert →A clear structure for several branches, so each one is found in its own area.
Multi-location SEO expert →A local SEO strategy starts with how customers behave. Some need you now, such as a locksmith or an emergency dentist. Some compare for weeks, such as a wedding venue or a law firm. Some search by service, some by area name and some by a question. I map those searches before I touch a profile, because the plan for an urgent service looks different from the plan for a considered purchase.
Next, I look at your competitors on the map: who appears, how complete their profiles are, how many reviews they have and what their websites say. This shows where you can win soon and where you need to build first. A business with thirty reviews facing rivals with three hundred needs a patient plan, and I say so honestly.
The plan then follows an order. Foundations first: profile, categories, services, hours, photos and consistent details. Then proof: reviews, local mentions and links. Then depth: pages for each service and each area you truly serve. Finally, a rhythm of updates and monitoring.
For businesses with more than one branch, each location needs its own profile and page, with its own useful detail. I explain this in my work on multi-location SEO and local landing pages.
Trust is earned in the details, so these are the rules I work by on every local project.
I ask for manager access to your Google Business Profile, never your password, and you can remove me at any time.
Reviews come from your real customers. Buying or inventing them breaks Google’s rules and can get a profile suspended. In sensitive fields such as addiction rehab in Los Angeles, that care matters even more.
Local results depend on distance, competition and the searcher. I will show you the data, not make guarantees, as in this mobile tyre fitting local SEO case study from Liverpool.
Each edit to your profile, listings and pages is logged, so you always know what was done and why.
If a tactic will not help your business, I will say so rather than bill you for it.
I search as your customers do and review your profile, listings, reviews and pages.
Name, address, phone, hours, categories and services are made accurate and consistent everywhere.
Profile content, photos, services and local pages are improved in order of impact.
A steady, honest system for reviews, plus mentions and links from relevant local sources.
Calls, direction requests, website clicks and map visibility, shown month by month. See how that looked for plumbing in California and for a cleaning company in Melbourne.
Shortcuts can work for a while. Then the profile is suspended, and the customers that came with it disappear.
I work from Bangladesh, so I know how people here actually search: a mix of English and Bangla, a lot of it on mobile, and often by area name. If you run a clinic, shop, school, restaurant or service business in Dhaka, Chattogram, Sylhet or anywhere else in the country, the same five parts apply: a complete and accurate Google Business Profile, consistent name, address and phone details, real reviews, helpful local pages and links from relevant local sites.
What differs is the detail. Many Bangladeshi businesses have duplicate or unverified profiles, addresses written three different ways, or no reviews at all. Those are quick wins when you fix them in the right order. If you also want to reach customers abroad, my SEO services and AI search work cover that, and you can contact me for a free first look at your profile.
Local SEO is often damaged by shortcuts. Google's rules are clear on several points. Reviews must come from real customers, and you should not pay for them, give rewards in exchange or only ask happy customers. Your business name on the profile must match your real-world name, without added keywords. Listings must be for real locations with real staff. Virtual offices and fake addresses are not allowed and can lead to suspension.
I build everything within those rules. For reviews, I set up a simple, honest request after each job or sale and polite, specific replies. For categories, I choose the one primary category that fits best and add secondary ones only for services you really provide. For addresses, I help service-area businesses hide their address correctly and name the areas they genuinely cover.
These rules protect you. A suspended profile can cost weeks of calls, and fake reviews can be removed, leaving you worse off. Honest, steady work is slower than a trick, but it lasts.
People now ask assistants for nearby options: who is a good dentist near me, which plumber can come today. These tools draw on listings, reviews and websites. As an AI search specialist and AI SEO expert, I make sure those sources tell a clear, consistent story about your business: what you do, where, for whom and how people rate you.
That means matching details everywhere, writing service and location pages that state facts plainly and answer common questions directly, and adding structured data so machines can read your details. It also means earning real reviews that mention the service and the place, because those words are the evidence assistants read.
Nobody can promise that an assistant will name your business. What you can do is give it accurate, consistent facts to repeat. See my pages on answer engine optimization and schema markup for more.
Local SEO offers are easy to find and hard to judge. Whether you consider a local SEO company, a local SEO agency or a freelance local SEO consultant, ask a few direct questions. Will they show you a real local result and explain how it was achieved? Will you own your profile and listings, or will they sit under the provider's account? Do they report on calls and enquiries? Do they use fake reviews, fake addresses or bulk directory links? Do they promise a map position?
At Nakib IT you work with me directly, and the accounts stay yours. I am a professional SEO expert and an experienced local SEO consultant, and I will tell you plainly what is realistic in your area. Think of me as a semantic SEO expert and a holistic SEO consultant in one: I look at meaning, through topics and entities, and at the whole site, through technical health, content and authority, before I suggest any change. I am an independent SEO expert, not an agency account manager. You get direct access to a senior SEO specialist who plans, builds and reports on the work personally.
Clients rate my work 4.9 out of 5 across 81 reviews, and as a top-rated SEO expert I still treat every project as if the next review depends on it.
